What the Site is

The Magaphone is a free, satirical writing-style transformer. It rewrites text you provide into an exaggerated, bombastic political-broadcast voice for entertainment and parody. It is a work of comedy and commentary — not the speech of any real person, party, or organization, and nothing it produces should be taken as a factual statement or a real quotation.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Site to harass, defame, threaten, or impersonate real people, or to present its output as if it were a genuine statement by a real person.
Don't submit unlawful content, other people's confidential or personal information, or content you don't have the right to use.
Don't attempt to abuse, overload, scrape, or circumvent the Site's rate limits or security.
You are responsible for what you input and for how you use the output.

Output and intellectual property

You may freely share the parody text the Site generates, in keeping with its satirical spirit. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any output is lawful and clearly understood as parody. The Site's name, design, and code remain the property of their owner.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be available, error-free, or that the output will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any purpose. Output is machine-generated and may be unpredictable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or its output, including how you choose to share or rely on that output.
